The Carthian Movement

• The Carthian Movement rules and controls the South of Austin and neighboring cities as a sub-Domain of Austin with the Prince of Austin as their Suzerain.
• Carthian characters are currently not appropriate for the VSS unless they come from outside central Texas.

The Lancea et Sanctum

• The Lancea et Sanctum are currently not represented in the Domain of Austin.
• Lancea et Sanctum characters are currently not appropriate for the VSS unless they come from outside central Texas.

Allies and Servants

• The City of Austin is said to be inhabited by Demons.
  • It is even said that the Domain of Austin makes use of these Demons, and welcomes them into their Court.
• The Kine serve the Kindred, or their Allies.
  • Some are even favored pets, allowed to think of themselves as "allies".
